Yes, you should wait until she is old enough to have those treats. Plus, she's just getting used to her environment and at 8 weeks you should be focused on socializing her. Wait to train her until later when you can use the treats. For now just have fun with her, take her on a lot of walks and let her meet a lot of different dogs and people.
