What would you do?

My husband's cousin, just moved up to our house 3 weeks ago after a long run with drugs and getting caught with burglary and numerous other bad charges, awaiting to get indicted he played all of us up here that he needed help and he had a drug problem and needed to stay here and go into treatment. Now I find out he is only here to hide so he doesn't have to go to jail and really had not used drugs in 3 weeks and basically lied to us so he didn't have to go home and get in trouble. He is running away from his law issues and used me and my husband to hide him, I kicked him out of my house today after he tells me that he talked to the cops and they told him he had 6 warrants out for his arrest and that they were going to be indicting him on 2 more robbery charges. I don't want him around me or my family, he has lied and stole from, us and used us to hide from the law. Should I call him in and let the state know where he is and have them pick him up? or turn my back and let him run away
