My injury vs my family.... please help?

Ok I am a sopr in HS now. In the 7th grade I dislocated my knee and had to go to the doctor to get it all fixed. Well now 3 years later I slipped on a wet floor and my knee cap popped out and back in... It was lovely... Now I am highly concerned and would like to speak to a doctor about this. So I asked my mother to get me an appointment set up tommorow and she goes ballistic. I didnt know our family was having tight money problems. She yelled at me because "Its always something" such as wanting to buy a cl ring and drivers ED. So now she set me up an appointment and is pissed at me... What do I do? Please help
