Help with my television... seem 2 have done something wrong :(?

i hav sky in my room but its from an arial from the next room ive neva had any problems just 2mins ago i lent on the remote and it started searching 4 chanels bcos my tele has free view installed but i hav neva used it now the sky wont come back on im wonder if ive changed teh chanel so its te free view or something dont no how to turn the free view off or anything... its a whafdale television it would be a big help if any 1 can help me out
