I've been given a payroll form to fill in......?

For a job handing out leaflets it's just helping out, for a couple of quid, �50 a fortnight that is all..... so not a proper job and so i dont pay tax/nat insurance so they dont need my nat insurance number do they?? on the form they asked for my bank account number, sort code but not the name of who i bank with and there address? don't they need this info to be able to put the money in my account. So from just my bank account number and sort code can they pay money into my account???
