Some random name questions (S)?

I think for 1. Susanna is good, Sophie is short for Sophia so it doesn'tt really matter, and out of all the guy "S" names Spencer and Scott are the best. but i don't think you should have S middle names because it kinda throws off the purpose of the S first names. But all the names you listed were good choices, but the ones i listed were my favorite.
