Is it normal for gles with anti-reflective coating to make all reflections green?

That is very normal for anti-reflective coating. The only other color I have seen is a slight blue tint. The quality of the coating doesn't play into the color of the tint. People will notice, but not as much as they would notice their own reflections if you had skipped the coating.
