Hey dude. You can interpret them using private interpretation. Where infallibility comes in is, *if* a doctrine has been defined infallibly, then if you're a faithful Catholic you can be sure it's true, and in fact must give ent to it. But the majority of the Bible has not been interpreted infallibly and therefore is open to private interpretation, provided you don't contradict things that have been infallibly defined.
