Prada come out with an electronic cigarette that you can try for ?
I've been a chain smoker for 5 years (since age 20), and I quit a couple months ago (cold turkey). For me personally, weaning off cigarettes or taking gum or patches didn't work, I just woke up one morning and decided to quit on my own. I substituted smoking with daily exercise and drinking all sorts of decaf flavor ed herbal teas, it's fun experimenting with different flavors. The first week of quitting, I started juicing every morning to keep my mind off cigs (I used to get the worst cravings in the mornings when cigarettes and skinny latte were always part of my breakfast)...I'd juice different kinds of veges and fruits every day, one day its carrot, celery and apple, next day its gfruit, tomato and cuber, and etc, I think it must have helped detox all the nicotine out of my system...I've actually lost weight since (I was a couple pounds overweight) and my complexion is the best its ever been glad Oh and I don't stink like a mixture of cigarette smoke and perfume anymore super glad, AND I've saved so much money the past couple months because I having been spending them on cigarettes...lots of good things have happened since I quit and I'm really glad I did.
