Help writing a letter to be notarized?

Your notarized letter or social security papers stating name change or full legal name are not going to help at the airport if your name on a ticket does not exactly match name on your pport or visa. Contact the airline company you got your ticket from and change the last name on a ticket (it might not be easy). Your name on a ticket has to match name on the legal doents you need to enter the country you are trevelling to. I had a friend with the same problem. She had to buy another ticket at the airport to be aloud on a plane. She had to leave under maiden name (on the pport from her home country) and come back on a married name (on her reentry permit, advance parole)
