Bell's palsy--anybody have it?

i have had my bell's palsy for over a year (12/09/05)...and it basically has almost completely paralyzed my right side of my face...i can move that side a little bit (not even halfway up) when i smile...but I still cannot blink really and i still cannot really close that side of my mouth or move food around. anybody have it out there and know if it will stay permanently? most sites say it will stay permanently basically the rest of my life if it hasn't gone away within a few months. doctors don't help...no medicines really for it except the steroids, which i didnt' take quickly enough at the beginning...and basically vitamins are the only other solution out there to ease it...please respond!
